Luma Arcade is a South African video game developer, and is the largest in South Africa. The company was founded in 2006 and is based in San Francisco with its development offices in Johannesburg and a satellite office in Portland.[1] [2]

History

Luma Arcade is a division of Luma Studios, founded in 2003, with the intent to create a division with the sole purpose of creating interactive digital content, with the focus being on computer, video, and mobile games; alongside the existing Luma Animation and Luma Design divisions. The three divisions of Luma Studios work collaboratively in creating and designing the content, creating their own game trailers, rendered cutscenes and promotional material.[3]
